Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
This site is free to use by our visitors. And by using this site, you
the user are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms
of use. After reviewing the following terms and conditions thoroughly,
if you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not use this
Seller refers to Hillside Vineyard, LLC.
refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods refer to the product for which the seller has placed an order
with the buyer.
The terms and conditions are valid for any goods provided by the Seller
to the Buyer.
All prices are subject to change.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or
payment method is declined, the Buyer forfeits the ownership of any
items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
All invoices of the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer within thirty (30)
days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the
Seller. In the event of late payment, the Seller may charge interest on
the amount outstanding before and after judgment. If any amount of the
invoice is disputed by the Buyer, the Buyer shall inform the Seller of
the grounds for such dispute within seven days of delivery of the goods
and shall pay to the Seller the value of the invoice less the disputed
amount in accordance with these payment terms.
Shipping will be paid for by the Buyer in the amount agreed upon by the
Seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the
total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the Buyer by
the Seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, notify us immediately
so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please note that the carrier
may choose to inspect the package for damage, in which case, the refund
will be processed once the inspection is complete. We do not ship
outside the United States.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint within
14 days of delivery. If an
item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of
charge. If an item has been opened, it cannot be considered for a
refund. If the item hasn’t been opened, it can be returned for a full
refund minus shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the
Buyer. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before
requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the Seller
and the Buyer is unsatisfied, Seller is not responsible for refund.
Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
An item may be cancelled up until the order has been shipped. Once the
carrier has picked up the package, a return must be requested by email
Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. Once the item(s)
have been received unopened, the payment will be refunded.
